1st Place Pork @ Cherokee Pignic. That makes four 1st Place finishes in Pork this year which is among if not at the top for most first place finishes in KCBS this year. Well we had a great cook in Jackson, Tn. Three of our were scores were in the 170's and a total of 680 was strong for most contests. Actually, my 680 would have won 5 other contests this past weekend. Shows just how strong this field was at the Regionals. Good luck to everyone that advanced. We had a great time and we hope Sam's Club puts on this contest every year.
